Delivery details

Books will be dispatched to New Zealand addresses in 1–3 working days from when your order is placed.

Expected delivery time frames

We use New Zealand Couriers to deliver our books to New Zealand addresses. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be delivered the following working day to addresses in the main centres. For smaller centres and rural addresses, delivery may take a little longer.

Advance orders (pre-order)

If the title(s) ordered have not yet been released, you will receive them within seven working days of the release of the book.

International

International delivery times will vary, depending on the destination.

Track your order

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link embedded in it – simply click on the link to track your purchase. Alternatively, you can use the “track order” link from our website.

Conditions for acceptance of return

Returned Products will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1. You must call Customer Services on 0800 500 224 and obtain an authorization number before returned goods will be accepted for a full credit.
2. The product is returned to the address below within 30 days from receipt.
3. The returned product is received in appropriate packaging and in re saleable condition .
4. Wolters Kluwer will only pay freight costs if the return is a result of our error.
